Shipping, timing, and payment will be published when Miora launches.
Shipping
Shipping has no rate card yet. There is no minimum and no published rule. When a purchase exists, shipping is part of the order before payment — no surprise at the end.
Timing
There is no delivery window in this phase. Miora does not promise next day, or a cutoff by region. Salvador is where we intend to operate from, not a timing advantage.
Payment
When the sale opens, two paths are planned: PIX paid in full, and credit card. The terms are not settled, so this page does not describe one method as better than the other. No payment happens now.
Returns and withdrawal
A purchase made outside a physical store has 7 days for withdrawal, under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Because there is no sale yet, there is no return address. The named policy arrives with the legal name.

A support WhatsApp is not published yet. For now, the channel is the waitlist. We do not ask for an ID document, a card, or an address.
